Fixer Uppers

I admit it, I’m a fixer-upper. I just love finding bargains that get overlooked. Old kitchens and baths can be renovated, patios can be landscaped. You’d be amazed what a great architect can do to a facade. New windows, floors, tearing out pokey cupboards, you name it, I’ve done it. The only thing I would recommend is not re-sodding your front yard during a thunderstorm. And there is something so satisfying about taking a diamond in the rough and making it shine. Old can be beautiful. It can be an amazing investment opportunity too! Double your initial investment? Yes, please! Even in today’s market, there are still great bargains to be found.
